Shipping & Returns Policy:

All Good's sold by IDCI Parts Network are inspected and free of visible damages and sold "AS IS", with no warranty implied, expressed verbally or written. If the good's are not functional at the moment of the installation or arrived with damages, the buyer may contact us by email and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before return the good's to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Please, be advise that you are purchasing medical parts equipment previously working in other used equipment. Some parts may show cosmetic blemishes and signals of use. We cannot guarantee that the used part you are buying from us will work in the equipment you will use it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund of the selling price. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please include your receipt. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

Please notify us by phone or email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to us. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn for inappropriate use.

If you need to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all shipping fees involved in the transaction (in/out), including any applicable insurance.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

RESTOCKING FEES

A 25% restocking fee will apply on any product returned with an RMA. Shipping fees should be paid by the customer and are not refundable.

FOREIGN CUSTOMERS

Please note that customers outside from United States (including its territories) shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
